Deposit Based Applications

The documents listed below require an initial deposit upon submission. Staff’s time handling, processing, and reviewing the application will be deducted from the deposit. Additional costs such as legal notices, legal ads, public hearings etc. are also charged against the deposit. If the deposit is overdrawn, a new deposit will be required.
